Since 2001, Jody has led teams across software and healthcare IT, helping organizations streamline processes, reduce escalations, and shorten cycle times—often with lightweight, human-guided automation. Known for untangling messy handoffs and turning firefighting into flow, Jody’s approach is practical, people-first, and built to last.

Outside of work, Jody’s happy place is on her 30 acre ranch in Texas performing a myriad of outside projects.
